Loris, S.C. based Horry County State Bank ($413.8 million), a unit of HCSB Financial Corp., on Aug. 7 consummated the previously disclosed sale of its Socastee, Windy Hill, and Carolina Forest branches to Sandhills Bank ($100.7 million). The branches have total deposits of approximately $34.3 million and approximately $5.7 million in loans.
