Peter Ruiz joined Burke Stelling Group in 2024. He has over ten years of experience working with Southeast financial institutions, advising on a variety of strategic transactions including both sell-side and buy-side M&A, branch purchases and sales, as well as public and private debt and equity offerings. Prior to joining BSG, he spent four years at D.A. Davidson in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking practice. Previously, Peter was an equity research analyst for seven years at Sandler O’Neill L.P. covering Southeast banks. He earned a BBA in Finance from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Peter is also licensed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79) and a Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63).
